My hair is soft, shiny, and strong, and I’m able to grow it out longer now that the breakage is under control.
GET REGULAR TRIMS
This one is hard for me to stick to for some reason, but I am starting to take it more seriously. I used to go years without a haircut because I desperately wanted my hair to grow longer. Turns out I was sabotaging myself! Getting a trim every 6 months or so is important to prevent split ends from spreading up the hair shaft. Keeping your ends in tip-top shape means hair will be overall stronger and fuller, leading to the long luscious locks you’ve always wanted.
MAINTAIN A HEALTHY DIET
